How is the chili oil made?
We first put together our classic blend of chilis. Coarse chilis give texture and a bit of a bite. Fine chilis almost dissolve into the oil and provide a bit of a kick.
We also add a slight amount of red peppercorn and white peppers to make it much more fragrant.
This is bloomed with hot oil and topped with your choice of fillings.
How spicy is it?
We offer two customization options for spice level: Classic and Spicy.
They say locals can't take spice, so Classic might be best for you. For a challenge, choose Spicy.
Where are the ingredients sourced from?
We source all our ingredients from local Hong Kong wet markets, particular the one in Sham Shui Po and Tai Kok Tsui
